So this week was crap. I must up the excerise this week . I was totally pmsing this week. I gained .4 pounds. Oh well ..I was eating choclate like a maniac and didn't write down all my points and only excesized once. But I'm not fretting I mean what is .4 points ... that's like the weght of a hamburger or something.. so no biggie ... however I do feel like a fat little hamster ... with a pink little bow on top of my head... running on the litrtle hamster wheel thing ... whatevcer I'm a crazy bitch right now. I have been haing relationship problems so that doesn't help my situation. Well this weeks goal is to lose 1.2 or more lbs. with execise and veggie consumption bye for now... btw.. I got a paid account so i can just phone my ebtries in right after weight in... cool
